Hey! I’m Alicia. I joined Rover over 4 years ago because there was a hole in my heart after moving here from the east coast and leaving my mother’s dog with her. Fast forward many years later, after meeting so many awesome dogs through this app… I finally filled the hole with my handsome man Dexter♥️ Dexter and I have been working with a trainer since he was a puppy. Through learning more about working with dogs, I now have a basis of understanding when it comes to handling each dogs personality. I’ve met so many awesome dogs through this app, I hope we can help your family be less stressed in knowing we are here for anything you need! A little bit about me: I currently live in Dacono in a with a nice fenced in yard! No more apartment, so any dog is perfectly fine! I work in cybersecurity and also have been in the military for about 13 years now. I love to hike, snowboard, and explore new places. Feel free to ask me any questions you have! Looking forward to taking care of your companion. Dogs are family and our family deserves the best! I also offer $20 wash and blow drys!

Alicia was so accommodating when we had a last minute request for daycare. She sent us photos and updates throughout the day. She even set up a nice cozy crate for our pup in case she needed to leave for a little while and sent us a photo of it. Arrow had so much fun playing with Dexter. Highly recommend!
Lillie had a blast with Alicia and her absolute adorable pup Dexter! They played so hard and had a wonderful day together! She came home a very happy, and very tired girl! Alicia took wonderful care of Lil's and us! Very accommodating and extremely helpful when scheduling a play day for our girl! Thank you so much Alicia and Dexter! We will keep in touch! :D
Alicia was fantastic and I’ve never been more comfortable having someone look after my lab, Allie. She was very caring and patient with Allie, who’s getting a bit older. Her home was very clean with a terrific fenced in backyard. Alicia’s dog, Dexter, is very well trained and was great with Allie.
Alicia was absolutely amazing! So friendly, kind, and responsive. I’ll never use anyone else!

I have a big, fenced in yard and tons of toys Dexter can share! I also have a puppy cam where if I have to step out to run an errand there are constant eyes watching. Safety is so important to me. So many horror stories out there!

Their quirks, for sure. I have raised a few pups in the past and all dogs operate differently. I really want to make your dogs walk, stay, and playtime beneficial to them and to you by understanding what they like and dislike so they don’t feel unwelcomed or uncomfortable.
A typical day
Depending on your level of comfort and how much activity you’d like with your pup we could do anything. Car rides to other parks, small hikes, trails that are local, or if your pup is just feeling lazy I make a great snuggle buddy. I can even put on AirBud!
