Hello! My name is Alicia and I would love to meet you and your pets! Growing up, I had my own "mini zoo" that included dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and fish. This started my love for animals and I decided to go to school to pursue my dream of working with animals full time. I have interned at multiple hospitals around the valley with a variety of animals including snakes, rabbits, lizards, chameleons, turtles, horses, donkeys, goats, cattle, and of course dogs and cats! I graduated from MCC's Vet Tech program in 2015, earning my degree in Veterinary Technology. I've been a Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona for nearly 4 years. I have extensive training and experience with senior pets, pets with chronic illnesses, and behavioral issues. Because of my experience and education, I am comfortable handling your pets' specific needs, including special nursing care, medicating (oral or injectable). If they need extra special care, I'm your girl! Leaving your pets is hard, so my goal is to make everyone comfortable with a personalized plan that fits the needs of you and your pet. I am happy to send daily updates and photos so you will have the peace of mind knowing your kids are in good hands. I offer sitting in your home so your pets are able to remain in their own environment where they feel most comfortable. When you book with me, you'll get much more than you might at a standard boarding facility. Your pets will have my full, undivided attention so you can be assured they are having their specific needs met. They will be loved like they are my own and they will have a new friend for life :)
