I have cared for all sorts of animals my entire life. Growing up we even had an Iguana and that was super fun. I grew with dogs and cats, and I love both very much. I currently have 4 kitties myself, whom I rescued all of them. I had a dog right after I got out of the Army, but she passed away. One of my cats has Struvite Crystals, so I am capable of handling medical situations when the need arises. I have also worked in doggy daycares and did some grooming.

Alicia was amazing with our cat Quinn. We had her come for 30 min visits for 8 days. She sent lots of daily photo's and even some videos. She made sure to spend plenty of time getting her active with pouncing, play and outside time. She even brought one of her cat toys over for Quinn to play with, and it was a great new favourite for sure. Alicia's daily reports were filled with great detail, which made us feel relaxed and calm, knowing that our loved kitty was in really good hands. Alicia even vacuumed before leaving. We will definitely have her next time we go away.
First time using rover and Alicia. I am extremely grateful! I had tough week at work and the last minute family crisis therefore unorganized. She made whole process easy from start to finish. Not enough stars to thank you for the over & above care she gave to my Star- pics, food,H2O, cleaning. I almost forgot to follow up, we are so relieved and settled in this evening. I have tons of cat toys for my furbabies and I walk 2 of them on a leash. If your pet requires anything special, there will be no issues accommodating. If your animals need to be crated or separated during feeding times, I can do that as well.

I will need to know if the animal requires any special treatments; such a medications, certain play type or toys. If you have more than 1 animal and they have to eat in separate rooms, I will need to know that too. If you have a dog that is a tough walker, that would be handy to know as well.
A typical day
I love to entertain and run around with animals. I will play in the yard with your dog if you have one, or run around inside if that is where they play. I will take them for walks (with the heat of the afternoons I like to walk animals in the mornings or late at night). If the doggie has a favorite dog park they like to go to, I can take them there too. (I have a pet cover in my car and have no issues taking your critter wherever they may want to go.) As for kitties, I am very capable with a laser (haha) or with feather toys, or just snuggles in general. If you have a kitty that likes to be left alone, that will not be an issue either. I am very used to timid cats, and allowing them to come to me (this applies for any animal really.) As an extra little kind thing, no matter if it is a house/pet sit or drop-ins, I always do a cleaning before I leave a clients home! I have even occasionally done yard work for people while I am house/pet sitting for them for longer periods of time. No matter what though, you can ALWAYS expect to come home to a clean house after my visits!
