I have been surrounded by animals my whole life. Growing up, my grandparents on my mother's side always took in stray cats. On my father's side, they have always had dogs in addition to exotic animals such as ducks, horse, bunnies etc. I use to take care of my ex mother in law's chihuahuas, whom we've both become mutually attached to the hip. In addition, I now have a very lively two year old cat of my own named "Nugget". If I could have more pets of my own I would (due to apartment restrictions}. I one day plan to have my own animal/cat sanctuary! Currently I am looking into taking pet CPR classes.
