I had booked Alice to watch my dog Coco for a week while my husband was out of town and I could not fully take care of her due to my own long work days but unfortunately Coco and another dog she was watching at the time got out of her yard as the gate was left open. Alice contacted me after she was unable to locate them and let me know that she was out looking. Fortunately, both Coco and the other dog were picked up by Animal Control but through unfortunate circumstances at the Animal Shelter, I was unable to pick up Coco until the next morning. Alice did pay for all of the Animal Shelter fees and refunded my stay for the entire week but felt uncomfortable keeping Coco for the remainder of her stay so I ended up taking her home. It was an extremely stressful experience and I felt terrible for my dog for having to spend an entire day in an Animal Control truck and then a night at the shelter. Thankfully I was actually in town and could pick her up from the shelter - if I was out of town, Coco would've spent all week there! In the end, Alice was very apologetic and is a very sweet girl but I would not rebook with her due to this horrible experience.

Alice was great. She was very accomodating with my schedule. Roxie got walks and was able to play with the resident dog. I was very pleased with her and felt completely at ease with leaving my Roxie with her. I will definitely choose her again, the next time we are in town.
