Pet care experience
I’m an animal lover and have grown up with various pets, including dogs, cats, goats and a Shetland pony. My family had our dogs, Amber and Gem, for over 15 years. Sadly they both passed away of old age last year and I miss them greatly. I also used to look after and walk neighbours dogs while working as a nanny. Having moved from the family home to Twickenham earlier this year, I am looking to care for other dogs as daycare, boarding or for walks as I am unable to have a dog of my own full time. I have a large spacious, secure patio/balcony and live close to the parks near by.

Alice was fantastic. Rodney is an older, nervous, rescue dog and we had never left him with anyone before. She made him feel confident and he settled well. She sent us updates and later a record of what they had done together. Alice is a star and we are extremely grateful. We will be asking her to look after him again. Thank you so much.

I have a large secure patio/balcony which your doggo can roam in and out of as they please. I also love walking and being outside so can spend as much time as needed out in the park or on a walk in Twickenham.

Please do let me know your dogs routine, including what type of food they eat and I will try my best to accommodate. :) Although I’m not super strict, I know how important it can be to maintain good behaviour and so please do let me know your home rules/ boundaries and I can provide continuity while your dog is in my care.
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs both mentally and physically as well as giving lots of cuddles. I love playing games and going for walks and runs whether that be on the lead along the river or in the various parks in Twickenham.

Availability
I’m currently training to become a clinical psychologist and so work 2-4 days from home. Although I don’t have any pets currently, I would welcome the opportunity to care for a small dog while working/studying. Similarly on weekends, I am usually free to care for a dog, and enjoy going on walks around the surrounding areas.
