I have a great love for all four-legged friends and I aspire to work with and train military working dogs in the future as they are such intelligent and loyal animals. I am a very social, friendly and responsible person who is currently looking to comfort and care for those dogs whose owners are unable to do so themselves in exchange for more experience of looking after a wide range of dogs. I am currently a university student studying Professional Policing and I dog sit together with my mother (Gail) to increase our availability. Additionally, it allows more company and cuddles for the dogs we are looking after and ensures they are rarely left alone. Gail is also very trustworthy, caring, social and loves animals. She is happy to look after all types of dogs or cats, and enjoys meeting the owners. Moreover, we have both recently attended a pet first aid course and have gained our certificate. I have had an interest and love for dogs (and all animals for that matter) since I can remember. After many many years of begging my parents for a dog, I was finally granted permission at the age of 12. With that came great responsibility; I wasn't going to let that stop me. I put all of my time and effort into caring for my new best friend Bobby. I have been on many adventures with her and we joined a dog agility club in the south of Spain (where we used to live and where Bobby is originally from) where we learned many skills together. During the agility training, I have learned a lot of information about dogs, such as how to train them properly, what not to do, what to do and what influences certain behaviour. I have also had experience of looking after and walking family and friends' dogs as well as those in shelters.
