Pet care experience
I love animals of all kinds! I have been taking care of both dogs and cats since I was a kid, and have loved every moment of it. I recently moved to Colorado so that I could spend more time outside, either hiking or biking. I would love the company of your dog so that we can explore and walk through neighborhoods and trails throughout the Boulder area. I've had experience taking care of dogs of all types, including taking active dogs to swimming holes, lazy dogs on long walks, social pups to dog parks, and giving extra attention to dogs that prefer the company of humans. I've also helped with the care of elderly and blind dogs that need extra attention. If I did not currently have a sweet kitty that does not appreciate the company of puppers as much as I do, I would have more own pooch in a heartbeat! Let me care for your dog as if they were my own, because that is what I will do!

My dog Jake loves Alice! He know when Alice is coming he is going to get lots of love and attention. Plus a really great walk! I know Jake is in good hands with Alice. She is dependable and keeps me updated. Any dog would be lucky for Alice to spend time with him/her.
Alice was my dog walker for my very energetic one and a half year old German Shepard. My dog loved Alice. I honestly think she knew Alice's name, because if I said it Schuyler, my dog, would go crazy. Alice is a huge animal lover. We are so sad she moved away.
I’ve asked Alice to take my dog Jake out for walks or just check on him during the work day on several occasions. She is reliable and a true pet lover. The feeling is mutual - whenever she visits and I’m there, Jake wants to spend the whole time in her lap. She is conscientious and loving towards animals. I give my highest recommendation.
Alice was so great with our nervous pup. She was always punctual and respectful of our house and property. Alice was able to get our pup’s harness on and take him out for a 20-30 minute walk daily while we were at work. Alice is confident, friendly and really awesome!

It would be impossible for me to have a breed preference because I love all dogs of all breeds. Before taking care of them, I would like to know how they socialize with other animals before taking them out so that I know if I should let them meet other dogs or if I should divert their attention away to focus on our walk.
A typical day
If your pupper loves long walks, I would love to explore the Boulder area with them. And if your pooch loves socializing at the dog park, I will take them to play at places like Valmont Dog Park, as well. I can also have fun playing fetch or keep away with them one on one for as long as they like.
