Pet care experience
I’m an elementary teacher, turned full time grad student, turned full time dog lover. I’m home all day (except class on Thursdays nights (6-10pm). I have a registered therapy dog. I’m super active and take my dog EVERYWHERE ... your pup will get to explore the world of Dallas. I don’t have a backyard, but I have a mile long running trail (almost completely shaded) that’s connected to my apartment. I’m also only within a few yards from a beautiful 2 acre dog park with lots of trees (shade) and squirrels to chase. I worked with elementary aged children for over 7 years. To me, dogs are like children. They need love, exercise, play, and structure. :) I have experience training dogs and if you have certain commands you’d like me to use/work on, please let me know!
