I am a forensic accountant with the ability to work from home with flexible hours. I have a small 12 pound 1.5 year old cavalier who would love some company while I am on my computer all day. I can host cats or dogs during the day or overnight if needed. I can also do drop in visits. I’ve owned just about every animal and understand the proper care they each need: dog, cat, bird, ferret, hamster, guinea pig, and fish! I was a pet sitter all throughout high school and college so I have lots of experience. I am thankful I can spend my days at home with my puppy and want to give those, who don’t have that ability, the comfort of knowing their animal is being looked after and loved. I am also 0.6 miles from a veterinary hospital but have never had any issues in my professional career of dog sitting. I do live in an open plan apartment complex and I am on the second floor with a staircase of about 15 or so steps (I can also carry your pet if that is a concern whatsoever!) I live in a large two bedroom apartment by myself with tons of room for pets to run around and play. All my furniture is pet friendly as well as lots of toys and treats. The community is extremely pet friendly with many relief stations and lots of grass for them to roll around in. I typically take my dog outside to use the restroom about every 2-3 hours. He is extremely playful and loves other animals. He is very gentle and patient when it comes to other animals so as long as you don’t mind your pet having company while staying with me then it’s a win win situation! Because I work from home I am on or near my phone all day so I have no problems sending a text during the time your pet is with me with updates or pictures :)
