Hi! My name is Ali and I'm a recent grad from St. Olaf College (2019). I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember and I have 10+ years of experience caring for my own dogs as well as friends', family's, and neighbors'. I'm also familiar and comfortable with taking care of cats. I'm currently living at my parent's house in Wilmette. I have 2 dogs- Wilee is a 3 year old Husky/German Shepard mix and Camper is a 6mo. old Bloodhound. Both of them are friendly and very good with other dogs; we dog-sit for friends and family at our house fairly often. My backyard is completely fenced in and fully escape-proof (Wilee is a master at getting out). I'm available to walk, check-in, board, and take care of your pup in whatever way is most convenient for you!

Ali is amazing!! Peanut loves her and sometimes she’ll bring Peanut over to play with her dog! She always shows up on time and gives him lots of love and goes on really great and long walks with Peanut!
Great big fenced in yard! Ali was very responsive and our dog had a fabulous time playing with her dog. Highly recommend.
Ali has been dogsitting for me since she was in high school and we absolutely love her! She's been super reliable and has a great work ethic. Not only does she treat our dog as if it was her own but she goes the extra mile to care for our house and yard. I can always count on Ali to keep Koa active and her tail wagging!

I have no size, age, or breed preferences but I would like to know a couple things before caring for your pup (especially for overnight sitting). How much exercise would you like your dog to have? Is your dog friendly around other dogs and animals? Does your dog have any behaviors to look out for or ones that should be avoided (chewing furniture, going to the bathroom indoors, etc.)? Does your dog require any special medical care (medicine, allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.)? And please feel free to share any other information you deem necessary!
A typical day
I can walk your dog on a route of your choosing or I can take them on the green bay trail as well as shorter routes around my house. I'm willing to take your dog on a run if you'd prefer. If your dog is up to date on their shots and has the correct tags I can also take them to the Gilson dog beach in Wilmette.
