Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Ali and I'm excited to meet your pup! I moved back to the Redmond area recently and would love to take this opportunity to spend more time with animals. I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant in Bellevue, I have volunteered at a shelter for a number of years and also have home experience raising and training various breeds of dogs. Droolers and jumpers don't scare me a bit, so don't hesitate to introduce me to your furry friend! I’ve been with Rover for a couple of years now and have gained even more experience with a variety of animals. I grew up in a family that adopts elderly/injured/special needs Pit Bulls, so I have a ton of my experience is with this breed. I am constantly learning and know that every dog is different. I am very excited to learn all about yours.

This is the second time we used Ali and it was just as great as the first! She was able to dog sit for us after a different sitter completely ghosted us. We only gave Ali 2 days notice and she made it work. We got pictures and updates from the dogs all weekend and our house was spotless when we got home. 100% would recommend her to anyone!
I am not sure how much care my dog received. I make all of her food and gets feed 2x a day. I prepared four meals and one was still in the refrigerator. None of the feeding dishes were used and she was almost out of water when I got home around 2pm on Sunday. Olive was hungry and thirsty when I got home and asked to go outside. The sitter left at 11:30 am Sunday according to a text I received. I was told that I would receive pictures while I was gone and didn’t receive any pictures until I sent a text late afternoon on Saturday. I cannot know what happened but what I found when I returned is concerning.
Ali has just been incredible with taking care of our 6mo old pups. Luna just had major surgery a few days ago and Ali has been so responsive to her needs and checking in with us about how to handle situations. I don’t want to recommend her to anyone else because I want to keep using her services just for us! Lol but I would highly recommend Ali. She goes above and beyond in our pups’ care and also makes sure she is in constant communication with us. She takes great pictures too ☺️ Thanks Ali!
Ali took good care of our pup while we were gone! Have already booked her for a longer stay next month!

I prefer to know general energy levels, food allergies, treat preferences, behavior around other dogs, etc. Anything that might pop up while we are hanging out!
A typical day
I currently live in close vicinity to Jasper's Dog Park in Kirkland. I would love to take your dog there. There aren't typically an over-abundance of dogs at this park, so your dog would be able to relax and socialize without the anxiety of over-crowding.

I am working full time on a Mon-Thursday schedule. I am available after 7pm on those days and fully available on Friday-Sunday. Please let me know if you have any questions, I’m more than happy to find a happy medium that works for everyone.
