Very unprofessional. Went to pick up my puppy and when he was returned he didn’t have on his collar. It was handed to me without his dog tag. The dog tag was custom made by my daughters for him. I asked for them to locate it or reimburse me. Next, I was confronted with hostility by Alexxus boyfriend who proclaimed I owe him money for additional services in retaliation for asking to be reimbursed. After an hour of waiting they found his dog tag in a field! I will never book with someone who doesn’t hold themself accountable for their own actions or don’t return things or your pet how they first arrived.
