Alexus was very communicative and quick to respond. She took the time to come and meet Nelly prior to ensure they were both comfortable and we really appreciated that. We also appreciated the time she took to play & cuddle with Nelly when our only request was to let her out. Nelly loved Alexus and we’ll definitely be using again!

This was my first time using Rover, so naturally, I was hesitant. After reading Lexy's profile, I could tell that she really cared about animals so I took the leap. I couldn't have been happier. Lexy was awesome! I had her drop in on Charlie during my week traveling out of state. It was during the holidays and storm of the century but she was punctual on every visit. Lexy even sent written/photo updates, which were much appreciated. She communicated well and was respectful of my home. I would not hesitate to hire her again. Most importantly, she showed how much she really cares for animals when she took the initiative to shovel a path in the snow for Charlie so he can go potty!! My dog is a boy diva but Lexy is a gem. She spent the time playing with Charlie and giving him pets in my absence. I couldnt be happier with the service. I'd give her 20 stars if I could!
