Hi - My name is Alexus and I am a college student here at NIU! I am in desperate need of some animal time since I am unable to have a dog here on campus. Since I was little I have always been a lover of animals. I take care of my dog and as well house sit and take care of my neighbors, friends and families dogs! I enjoy being able to spend time with dogs and just relaxing. I love the outdoors, exercising, and cuddling with all types of dogs. I believe it is important for a dog to feel loved and cared for. Being around dogs make me a happier person because they are so loving. Your dog will never feel lonely with a dog lover like me!

I was always so worried about leaving my two golden retrievers because they are like my children, until I found Alexus. She was willing to come over and meet them a few times prior, so that Simba and Nala could get warmed up to her while I was there. When I left, she took such great care of them and would even send me pictures like I had requested. She is very trustworthy and flexible with my crazy schedule. I would always recommend her to anyone who loves their dogs like I do because you can rest assured they will be in great hands!
