Pet care experience
I have 3 years of experience working as an assistant in a veterinary hospital, have volunteered at animal rescues, and have been pet sitting my entire life; I also have a year paid equestrian experience with over 13 years' experience in horses, including working at a store specializing in their care! My own pets currently include two dogs, a cat, and many reptiles. I have had other pets over 23 years, including chinchillas, fish, gerbils, mice, and guinea pigs!

Alexis took care of my cat for about ten days. I found her to be extremely responsive, thoughtful, and caring. She has a nice energy and seems mature beyond her years. I’d highly recommend her and will book her again in the future.

I am very comfortable medicating your pets if they have special needs. My own cat and dogs need varying medications for their needs, and it was also one of my main jobs to provide meds as an assistant at the animal hospital. I have a young dog who is currently in training, so I am comfortable walking even the rowdiest of pups! I also have experience in crate-training and have no problem with big dogs.

I think socialization and mental stimulation for cats and dogs are so important! We'll go on walks around your dog's favorite spot, play with your pet's best toys, and save time for some quality cuddles!

Availability
My schedule is flexible! I am available weekdays for drop-in feedings and playtime or dog walking in the mornings (before 2pm) or in the evenings (after 6pm). On Mondays, I am available at any time of the day!
