Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life, and have had the responsibility of taking care of them from the day I could walk them on the leash. Now, I’m a veterinarian technician and have been for a little over a year, so my entire life is focused around caring for animals. That being said I am comfortable with pets of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I also am comfortable with administering medications and dealing with other necessary medical steps your pet may have in their routine.

Alexis is kind and loving to every animal I’ve seen her come in contact with and gets very excited to be around them because she loves them so much. My dog Ruby knows her by name and can barely contain his excitement when I tell him Alexis is coming over. Dogs are always the best judge of character and your dog will love her, I promise.

A typical day
If it’s okay to take your pup for a car ride, I’d love to take them to one of the local parks my dog, Annie, and I have discovered, or even your pets favorite park! I also love playing with toys when pups enjoy it. If your pet is more calm I’m also totally willing to pop in and just sit with them for a little bit petting them and snuggling.

Availability
I do work as a vet tech so that comes with long hours and few off days, however I would be available for full time care all weekend 2 weekends out of the month and on Thursday’s. I am also available to care for the animals on the other days of the week if they only need periodic walking throughout the day. I would be able to spend time with them in the morning before work, walk them quickly on my lunch break during work, and of course spend lots of time with them when I get off if needed. I am also willing to stay overnight on any of these nights.
