Pet care experience
I have been an animal lover practically since I was born, having had dogs all of my life and I have always had a hand in taking care of them! Because of this love of animals, I have worked professionally in pet care for the past 5 years, starting from working as a dog daycare attendant to working my way up to become an assistant manager at a dog daycare facility. I am well versed in the ins and outs of pet care - providing all the essentials; feeding, medicating, exercising, and of course, giving lots of love! I am also certified in Pet CPR & First Aid, so you can feel safe leaving your furry family member in my hands. I have a pup of my own named Clarke (along with 5 rodents!) and I know that I would want to know that whoever I was leaving my kiddo with was prepared for an emergency. That being said, I would also want to know he was having fun! I would love the opportunity to give your pet the same kind of care and love I would expect for my own!

I have worked with Alexis for over a year now at Camp Bow Wow and she has proven to be not only extremely reliable, but also very caring and attentive to both dogs and humans alike! She has cared for my dog and cat before when needed and I would definitely recommend her to anyone else who wants their furry babies to get the best love and care they need while your away!

I like to know what your pup’s level of confidence with new people is ahead of time. I want to be able to build a strong relationship with your pup right off the bat, so having that knowledge helps me to know how to make our first meeting smooth and easy!
A typical day
We’ll have a blast playing with all their favorite toys and going on as many walks as your pup’s heart desires. I’m more than happy to take them to their favorite dog park and we may even sneak in a pup cup or two from Starbucks on our way home! We can wind down with a nice puzzle toy loaded with their favorite treats and then it’s off to bed!

I am gearing up to go back to school in the fall, meaning I have pretty open availability as of right now! I am available daily, with few exceptions, and I’m happy to discuss whatever dates/times you may need!
