I’ve had big dogs my whole life (mainly Great Danes) and I’ve owned two cats for the past 5+ years. I am pretty involved in taking care of the pets since I am the one who wants them haha. I have dog sat for neighbors and haven’t had a problem.

Although she hasn’t technically ‘babysat’ my beagle, she has helped me take care of him when we hang out. If we’re hanging out and I get caught up in household chores, she always helps with taking him out and feeding him on occasion.

I have two cats at home that get along with other cats and they keep to themselves most times. I live on a 2 acre lot and so they’ll always be in eye view. I have very few neighbors who have dogs (who are as sweet as can be) and the dogs don’t have a problem getting into my yard. Usually when I’m at home, I don’t have much to do so I’ll be with your pet as much as I’m with them

Just let me know how they are overall! If they’re, anxious, excited all of the time, jumpy, scared easily, etc. All because I don’t want to walk in the door being loud if you have an easily scared pup! Other things is if they don’t like other animals, they aren’t leash trained, etc.
A typical day
I love playing with toys with dogs. Squeaky toys, tug a wars, occasional rough housing with my dog. I do enjoy taking my dog for walks around my neighborhood. I also enjoy taking my dog on hikes in nearby parks.

I’m currently working part time and going to college. I have two cats at home that get along well with other cats and I have no dogs at the moment (although I used to).
