Pet care experience
Hey there!! I am new to Rover but not new to caring for furry friends! I was lucky enough to grow up with 4 dogs and 3 cats and I am now the ‘unofficial’ pet sitter for my family and friends! I currently do not have any pets of my own, however, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I am using Rover as a side gig, but my full time job has an established schedule from 8:30am-4:30pm.

Alexis watched our 3 cats for us while we went on a trip to Cancun. She stopped by every other day as requested, sent a few pictures, and made sure the food and water were full and the litter box was empty. She updated us each time she stopped by, and I felt comfortable knowing she was taking care of them while we were away. Would definitely hire her again for our next trip!
Alexis is a genuine pet lover with many years of experience caring for animals so I had no hesitation trusting her with my dog, Batman. He loves when Alexis comes to visit because she goes above and beyond making sure he is well taken care of and she plays lots of ball with him. I give her a 10/10 and Batman gives her 2 paws up!
Alexis was amazing with my Bailey! I never had to worry since my pup loved seeing Alexis every time. She cared for Bailey with so much love and responsibility like she were her own. I highly recommend Alexis.

A typical day
With permission, I would love to take your furry friend on walks, to dog parks, to beaches, or even pet events! I think it’s super important for dogs to have social interaction, however, of course if the dog is not comfortable with that I will not push it at all. Also, I understand how much energy dogs can have and would love to help with using up some energy (ie with walls or dog parks) so you do not worry if they are getting enough exercise.

Availability
Hello! I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. On Monday and Fridays, I work from home and can be available before 8:30am, from 12pm-1pm, and after 4:30pm. On Tuesday-Thursday, I am available after 5:30. I am available for check-ins, feeding, walks, and some tlc!
