Pet care experience
I have 15+ years of personal and professional experience with large and small animals of all kinds. I previously worked for a mobile vet clinic & a veterinary hospital as a vet tech. I also have had many ferrets, hamsters, geckos, animals, etc.! I have dealt with boarding, sick, aggressive, elderly, large and small breeds of cats & dogs. I also have experience with administering medication & have extensive knowledge in petcare.

Alexis was amazing! Kaos did well with her. Chaos had just had three surgeries. The sutures were still in place. And he had to take medicine while we were gone. Alexis did everything perfectly kept him calm and relaxed. This is something we've never done before and Alexis made it very easy and calming for us as well. Thank you Alexis you're amazing and I will highly recommend you to anyone.
Alexis was wonderful with my pups. Lots of communication and pictures made me feel like I always knew what was going on. Will absolutely be using her again!
I have boarded my Dixie in the past when I had to be away for work. I have never used rover before and found Alexis. I knew from our first meet and greet that my babies loved her. She brings joy and enthusiasm sprinkled with a very genuine love for animals. I asked both when I returned if they had a good time with Ms Alexis. I was given waggy tails perked ears and runs to the front door looking for her. So if you must be away from your furbabies, I highly recommend you leave them in her capable loving hands.
I’m so happy I reached out to Alexis! This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. My Shepherds have been boarded before but I thought they would be more comfortable staying home since they’re getting older. Alexis was open, communicative, and my babies loved her. She really put my mind at ease, and I will definitely ask her back!

A typical day
I love to pet and relax with more laid back animals or I love to go to the park with more energetic animals and play fetch/run with them! I really enjoy going on shaded trails for walks or by the river! Plus, I love to go for drives and let the fur babies safely stick their heads out the window.

Availability
I just moved to Colorado from Florida. I have been working with rover for about two years now and would like to continue doing so in Colorado! I’m currently working full-time in person from 10am-4pm Friday, Saturday, Sundays, and Wednesdays. I also go to college full-time online but I have a break in my semester from May 2nd-August 2nd. I am able to accommodate specific booking requests 21 days in advance for my other job if you need me to be home the whole day! I will currently be more suited for clients whose fur babies are okay to be at home unsupervised for 6-8 hours.
