I have been an owner/caretaker of 3 golden retrievers, 2 American bulldogs, 1 yorkie, 1 German shepherd mix, and 1 chocolate lab over approximately 15 years! I will treat your dogs like my own, and I'll be sure to follow any special instructions that you may provide.

I have known Alexis for over 15 years and during that time, she has owned 5 dogs and cared for countless others for her neighbors and family members. Currently she cares for our dog Layla, a 6 year old golden retriever. She treats all animals with love and respect always. I live in a dog friendly community with a fenced-in yard. My own golden retriever gets lots of walks and outside time. She jumps and pulls on the leash a bit when she's excited, so it wouldn't bother me if my client's pup is a little rowdy. She is on a routine schedule when it comes to eating in the morning and afternoon. She requires daily medication so I would be confident and cautious if I need to attend to a client's pet's needs!

A typical day
I love taking my fury friends on long walk paths with some nature. If they aren't very interested in walking long distances, I try to find a grassy gated spot that we can hang out in. If there are any places my clients know they'll pet will like, I'd be happy to take them there!
