Hi, my name is Alexis Pleiss and I own and operate Maui Pet and House Sitting. I earned a degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University in 2012 and have experience working in veterinary clinics, boarding kennels, as a certified therapy dog handler, and spent over two years leading pack trips with horses and mules into the Colorado mountains. I have experience caring for and working with therapy animals such as: dogs, rabbits, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, horses, and goats. Alexis has experience as an assistant general manager for a large equine facility with numerous therapy programs here in Maui. She has experience and success working with difficult and excited animals. Alexis has 20 years of experience caring for and working with a variety of animals which includes but is not limited to: cats, dogs, birds, chickens, fish, horses, mules, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks etc. She has over 12 years of pet sitting and house sitting experience.
