Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Alexis. I’ve been surrounded by dogs since I can remember and have always been the go to pet sitter for family and friends when they head out for vacation. Right now I don’t have any animals of my own so this is my chance to provide you peace of mind while also getting my fill of some puppy love! I’m available mainly for in house boarding as my current roommate has a reactive dog and I cannot have animals at my own home. I have experience administering medication as well. I love to be active and outside so if your pet loves walks I’m your go to!

What does one look for in a pet sitter? For me, the sitters that have stood out and made a lasting impression were the ones who are communicative, responsible, trustworthy, and above anything else, genuinely care about the pets they work with. To say that Alexis is the perfect pet caregiver would be an understatement. It's never easy to leave my sweet boys for long periods of time (I have 2 pups, both of which are rescue mutts from a garlic farm in northern California). But knowing they were in the best, most loving hands helped ease the separation anxiety I feel when traveling away from my babies. This Dog Mom gives Alexis 5/5 stars! And my sweet angels, Bingo and Nelson, say "Woof!" (which roughly translates to "we love our new friend" in dog ;) LOL). Seriously cannot recommend enough!
Alexis is the best! I have to travel for business on a fairly frequent basis and I’ve trusted Alexis to watch my dog on multiple occasions - and will continue to in the future! My dog is pretty obnoxious and Alexis is super patient and caring. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs a trustworthy person to watch their dog. 10/10

A typical day
Let me know your dogs favorite spot to walk and we will head right there! I love going to the dog park or throwing the ball for high energy pups, especially since it doubles as my own exercise. They will get plenty of play time and love. If they like to hang out around the house that is totally fine too.

Availability
I work full time, so drop in services midday can be difficult, but depending on the location and schedule it can be worked out. Your pets comforts and needs will always be my top priority as I know they are just like another member of the family. I tend to stray away from accepting any drop in visit services between 8 am - 5 pm if I need to be there at a specified time as my work schedule is subject to change but message me and we can work something out if possible!
