While I've only listed 2 years experience with my own dog, I have grown up with one since I was 6 years old. The dog I currently own is a retriever, border collie/Australian shepherd mix. She is crate trained, can walk off leash, extremely friendly (Doesn't know what personal space means), and loves other dogs of all sizes. She's not aggressive whatsoever but will play growl (like any other dog). While visiting family-friends she's always quick to say "hi." I do work 8:30-5:30pm Monday through Friday but can dog sit/walk before and after work no problem along with the weekends. Overall my experience with my current dog has shown that I have been able to train my dog properly where she can interact with other dogs and people.
