Pet care experience
In our home, dogs are family. They will be treated as family at all times! My husband and I have grown up our whole lives with a dog by our side! Within the past few years I have been pet sitting for friends in their homes as requested and have learned that every dog is unique and different. I understand that every family has different expectations for their fur-amily members and I will respect everything I am told about your fur baby! I have been around lots of dogs since taking my own dogs to the dog parks. I understand that dogs come in all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I have the patience to work with this. Our own dogs are like our children. I hope you consider me for looking after the most important family member.

Alexis will make a great pet sitter for your fur babies! She has watched our two pups many times, and does an excellent job every time! She’s extremely patient, and very compassionate with animals. She’s very responsible, and regularly takes the pets for walks as we have two high energy, large breed dogs. She loves them as if they were her own and makes sure that she keeps them on the same schedule as if they were in their own home. Her dogs are very happy and healthy pups! You won’t be disappointed!
Alexis has been one of my best friends for 3 years. She personally has 3 dogs with her husband and she is an amazing owner. When i lived with her she had 1 dog and she always took care of it, fed it, bathed it, took it on walks, and played with it when it needed all of that. She knows how to take care of a dog respectfully and treats it how a very loved dog should be treated. She knows dogs have much energy and need time outdoors, so she makes sure to get her dogs plenty of outdoor activity. I personally watched her take care of our other roommates dog when our roommate was gone and neglecting the dog. Alexis took over the responsibility and made sure the dog had what it needed and had the best day possible instead of sitting in his cage all day. Alexis is very caring and buys her dogs toys and blankets and beds and anything else it needs. She makes sure to Put the dog first and show concern when need be to make sure it is okay. Alexis would be a perfect fit to take care of someone else’s dog because she shows such love and care to her own dogs as well as our other roommates dog.

We have a fenced in cement wall with a decent sized backyard for your doggos to play in at any time they would like. We have a large sized doggy door that is available at all times of the day. We have kennels, if you prefer your dogs are crated if we have to step out of the house for a bit or we have dog gates up if you are fine with your doggies being out. If it is for a service in your house, just leave the instructions and I will follow whatever routine is normal in your house.

How they do with other dogs, we do have 3 dogs of our own that they need to be okay with. How they do on walks/dog parks if you are needing them exercised. How well they listen to new people. If they need fed while in my care. What your rule is for treats. And if there is any other behavioral things I should know about. Corgis are my fave, But I love all breeds!
A typical day
I love walking my own dogs around our neighborhood. It is usually pretty quiet but still walk by people so we dont feel alone. I also love going to dog parks and playing fetch with dogs. Otherwise on the weekends it is usually pretty chill around our house.

Availability
I do work full time, so during the week they will be alone during the day. However, we do have furbo cameras and I give them lots of attention when I get home. I am also available most weekends to go on a walk, provide doggy daycare, or do a couple drop in visits!
