Pet care experience
I grew up in a family where everybody had an animals, from pets to exotic. I'm the mother of four children, and we had many pets through the years. Today we're the proud owners of a nine year old chihuahua/terrier mix who feels like she's still a puppy, and three mischievous cats. I have also pet sit for friends because they know that they will come home to a happy pet. Safety is very important in the care of pets, and like having a child, I look carefully for those things that might harm them. I'm flexible and mindful of the pets needs.

Alexis was a great find. We enjoyed meeting her and seeing her interact with our very friendly dogs. We are still utilizing her service right now because we added on two more jobs after our initial weekend job. So we will continue reviewing.

A typical day
My dog has me trained to go for long walks in the C&O canal trail. She likes to be chased around the kitchen and play with a pair of all socks. When I pet sit I can take them for long walks and throw the ball till they get tired first. If the pets like to socialize, I can take them to the pet park. I'm flexible and the pet owner can guide me to whatever the pets' needs to have the best experience.
