Hello! My name is Alexis and I would be happy to care for your fur baby! With over 10 years of dog care experience and 6 years of cat care experience, I will care for your your pet like they are my own. I am available for both dog and cat care to help with walks, feeding, boarding, play & cuddles, and other services. I could also take your dog to the dog park in my personal vehicle. I have experience administrating oral and topical medications to both dogs and cats. While house-sitting, I would do my best to keep on your pet's daily routine trying to incorporate fun activity and engagement while you're away. If interested in boarding my home, please be aware I have two cats. Odi and Achilles are both friendly with other dogs and cats but can be kept entirely separate of your pet. See below for more details on my experience. CATS: I currently have two cats who I have been caring for, for 6 years, providing regular medications. I understand that cats' needs are sensitive and unique. I love to play with cats and will make sure to give your kitty some good engagement and attention while you are away. Happy to clean litter boxes if necessary. DOGS: I have been taking care of dogs for what feels like my entire life. In my extended family, currently, there are four dogs that I watch and care for on a regular basis. I also provided regular care for my senior family dog which included hand feeding and regular medications. I understand dog play and am able to provide your pet with lots of exercise if requested. Alexis was wonderful. She was incredibly communicative and took amazing care of my dog. Bailey who has mild separation anxiety. Her communication both before, during, and after her day of sitting was excellent. She provided photos, updates on walks/bathroom breaks, and feeding. Coming home, it was clear that Bailey was well taken care of throughout the day. Would definitely enlist her services again if she's available!
Alexis spent the day with Oscar while I was at Disney. She is provided updates and stayed late for me to return home. I will be rebooking her again!

Your pets' safety is my number one priority. I will ask you detailed questions about your pets behavior so that I can provide the best care. This includes learning your pets hyper-ness, how they are with strangers, and how they are with other animals. My motto with handling any pet is; theres no reason to get that close to strangers or other animals. While on walks, I will keep control of your pet and make sure their safety is always prioritized. If house sitting, I will take the time to learn exits and locate safety items like fire extinguisher. While boarding, I request pets stay in their crates/carriers while sleeping so in case of an emergency evacuation in the middle of the night, your pet can be located immediately and brought to safety (versus stuck hiding under the couch).

Availability
I have open availability for walks, feedings, boarding, and play. I would be happy to stop by your home for a walk or feeding as early at 5:30 AM and as late as 10:00 PM provided at minimum 2 hours notice. If booking a service for the next day before 10:00 AM , please provide notify me by 8:00 PM the night before. I am available for Cat and Dog boarding. Dogs - Your pet will have access to large field space away from large roads for long-leashed play. There is also a small dog park on property for unleashed play. Your pet would stay in a crate through the night and while unsupervised. I have a small/medium dog crate available to borrow. Based on my discretion, dog may have access to only tiled kitchen area, kitchen and living area, or whole apartment. All pets must be up to date on flea treatment. Cats - Your pet will have access to kitchen and living space area. Your pet will also have access to small screened-in patio for fresh air and sunbathing. I will ask that I keep your pet in their crate/cat carrier through the night for their safety.
