Pet care experience
I've had dogs my entire life and have helped take care of them since I was very young. I've had Labs, Australian Shepherds and mixed-breed adopted dogs with varying types of attitudes and energy levels. I understand how to take care of their needs and keep a schedule so they can maintain the best quality of life and care. I love having animals in my life, especially dogs, and understand the level of commitment needed to care for a dog each day.

Alexis is the definition of a responsible and loving pet caregiver! I’ve seen her care for her family dog Scooter from his time as a puppy to now into his young adult years. She’s always eager to stop a cute dog on the street and start a conversation with the owner about the pup. I’d trust her with my animals any day!

A typical day
I love to help dogs get their energy out both physically and mentally. I personally also love to get out and get exercise once a day or more. There are tons of small parks near my apartment as well as place to walk that would be perfect to take to run around and stay safe.

Availability
I have flexible daily hours and work from office and/or my home, so I can make time to walk and feed dogs throughout the day. I also have free time on the weekends in order to play, walk, feed, and watch overnight when necessary.
