Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Alexis J, I grew up with lots of animals, my childhood dog was a Saint Labrador named Bronson, and I currently do most of the care for the 2 German Shepards our family has now. I also had cats growing up and helped a lot on my grandparent's property where they had all types of animals that I helped with! I'd love to come and meet you and your furry babies! I am currently taking online classes so my schedule is very flexible. I care for my pets with lots of playtimes, walks, and keeping on top of feeding times. I've found that socialization, along with routine is key to a healthy pet.

Alexis was outstanding with our Yorkie Terrier “Coco “ Coco warmed up to Alexis. We were gone for 2weeks and she did an outstanding job with Coco and our house. We will definitely use Alexis again.
Alexis took great care of our babies and was very flexible and understanding! With it being 4th of July I was nervous about my dog and the fireworks but he was very comfortable with her which made me very relieved!
Alexis did a very good job with our dog and cat while we were away on vacation. We appreciated the updates and she was responsive when we had to communicate. Thanks!

In my own home, my cat is indoors so playing and some training with her. But the dogs have a fenced yard, scheduled training and long walks every day. My brother takes over care when I am busy.
Information Alexis J. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know a general schedule ahead of time, that way I can plan out my days accordingly. This should include what they eat, how much, and when. Also how many times you want them taken out for potty breaks and walks. If you could provide me with information such as their favorite spot to go on walks, that would be super appreciated as well!
A typical day
I love finding larger fields where I can let (trained) dogs off-leash so they can run and play. It lets them get most of their energy out. Then work on some training while on a leash, this is especially important for puppies. If it is allowed by the owner, I might take them to the dog park.
