Obviously, I am a big fan of dogs. I would love to spend time with and take care of your pup when you are unable to. And since I only work part-time, I am very available. I have 6 years of experience working in animal shelters, caring for dogs. This means I have a deep understanding of canine behavior, communication, and training. I'm sure your dog and I will become fast friends. My family had several dogs while I was growing up, and I was actively volunteering with my local animal shelter as soon as I turned 16. I took it one step further and have been working towards making it into a career. I finished the Karen Pryor Shelter Training & Enrichment program and am currently working on their professional dog trainer certificate program. I also worked at Petco as a dog trainer for two years. My dog recently passed of thyroid cancer. And I honest to goodness miss walks. I would love to take some with your pup when you aren't able to.
