Hi! I (Alexis, that's me!) grew up in Louisiana, moving to California 5 years ago to Palmdale, CA where I met my husband. I moved with him to the SFV when we got together a few years ago. Both him and myself work from home and are both full time (at home, online only) college students, just trying to add a little joy into our lives / make ends meet with some extra fur babies around to take care of! I've grown up around animals and taken care of them since I was born. Along with my personal experience with animal care, I have years of volunteer experience with emotional support animals (bringing them to assisted living facilities, children's hospitals etc to visit patients, therapy in rehabilitation centers etc) and equine therapy, accompanied with professional experience working in various animal shelters across Los Angeles County. *added bonus* William (husband!) has years of professional experience working at a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician, and both of us are trained an certified in animal CPR!
