Alexis was a wonderful sitter for my two cats. She went above and beyond to make sure my girls felt comfortable and safe. This was the case even though I screwed up a bit! One of my cats does not do well at all around dogs, but I hadn’t updated my pet profile to reflect this. Alexis doesn’t own a dog, but she was dog sitting at the same time I booked her for cat sitting. Doing her diligence, Alexis checked my pet profiles to confirm that my cats would be okay around a dog. My pet profiles at the time indicated that both my cats are fine with dogs (they used to be as curious kittens!). Alexis quickly realized that one of my cats was having a rough time. But Alexis still made sure that my girls were well-taken care of, and she communicated with me regularly about how the cats were doing. I really appreciated Alexis being so accommodating even after I messed up, and I would happily book her again.
