I have two dogs. They are both Small. One is currently out of town at a boy scout camp for the summer. The other is with me. House is very peaceful. The fence is quite high. So you dont have to worry about animals getting out. This is a quiet neighborhood and safe. I have balls and squeaky toys. I can meet up to your expectations and if you wish to bring your own dog toys and treats you can. My dog is not dangerous just a barker for strangers.
