We were looking for a sitter who could pick up/drop off and this was communicated and agreed upon by Alexis. Last minute, she said her car was in the shop. She said she could walk to us and then that also did not happen as our puppy pulls and it was hot out. We understand that emergencies happen; however, she said she thought her car would have been finished/out of the shop by the date we needed her services which indicated she knew she didn't have a car. We just did not understand why we were not given a heads up about this situation so we could make other arrangements for her and our best interest. In closing, Alexis was great with our puppy and he was very happy after being with her. Thank you for caring for our pup.

Lex is very friendly, and helpful. She's obviously a compassionate and caring animal lover. She is easy to communicate with and responds to messages without delay. She seems quite flexible in scheduling since she readily agreed to adjust drop-off and pick-up times when asked. Her second floor apartment has a large balcony/deck and there is a dog park with agility equipment just across the parking lot from her apartment.
