Hey. My name is Alexis, and I'm looking for a job to train and/or care for dogs. My dream is to open up my own dog training facility, so I will take this job seriously as it is my dream to work with all sorts of dogs regardless of their age, breed, size, temperament, etc... You can trust me with your fur baby or fur babies. I started working with dogs from a young age (16). I've always been fascinated with training dogs. They are so much fun being around and noticing each of their individual personalities. Every dog is different, which means they all have different needs that I'm willing to make accommodations for their training needs and/or care needs. One thing you should know about me is that I ask a lot of questions in order to perform my job to the best of my ability. I'm very communicative with the owners, so there isn't too much worry while I take care of your pet in your home.

Alexis trained my Boston Prince for me. She also doggie sat him when I was out of town. I'd definitely his her again in the future.
Service is exactly how she stated it would be. My dogs are kinda terrible and rambunctious but she handled them with ease. She's pretty booked but if she ever is free I would recommend!

I have a 2 year old, 75 lb, Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix as a service dog if you want your furry friend to have a playmate at your home. He is neutered and loves cats as he has 3 cat siblings at home. I'm experienced in all sorts of training situations from basics to more advance tricks. I would prefer if you have a crate available for your dog so they can have a sense of their own area if they feel uncomfortable. Which is normal for them to be anxious around a new person in their home. Don't worry. I WILL NOT leave your baby in the crate. I will leave it open unless told otherwise by the owner. If your puppy likes to go on walks, I have no problem walking them. I also have a bike to go on small runs as well. Toys and enrichments aren't a problem either as I own a high energy dog, I know how to make things fun and exciting for your fur baby no matter their energy level. For the kitties, as I have 3 cats at home, I love to play with them with all sorts of toys if they are interested. Laser light, toy mice, string, etc... If they simply want company, I can provide that too as I love to cuddle with any fur baby. I am very patient and will treat your pet as one of my own. I will take very good care of them and follow any instructions you have to properly care for your pets needs.

I would need to know any behavior issues, triggers, or anything important about your pet beforehand so I can be aware of the situation that I will be walking into. For your pets safety and my own, I need to know this and if your pet has any medical conditions or special care. I'm willing to learn how to care for special needs pets even though I'm not experienced.
A typical day
Depending on your dogs energy level and if you want the training service or not, I would train have small training sessions with your dog throughout my stay. I have a bike to take medium to large high energy dogs for a bike ride if you would like. I can also provide long walks or drive to a nearby park. I have a long leash to allow your dog to run around more freely. When at your home, I can play with all sort of your dogs toys with your dog. No activity is too challenging for me. For your cat I can play with your kitty for however long they would want to play for. Playing with a toy on a string, laser light, catnip toys, any toys you have at your home, I'm wanting to give your kitty the time of their life and make sure they are comfortable and having fun. Regardless if your pet like to play or cuddle, I will provide your pet with the best care that I can give. Your pets safety is key and I won't risk them whatsoever. I will be going at their pace and won't force them to do anything they don't want to do as I want your furbaby to have the best experience being under my care.
