Pet care experience
Since I little, my family has had all sorts of animals - numerous cats, Great Danes, english bulldogs, a Huskey/lab mix, a Yorkie, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and more! I have also taken care of family and friends' cats, a Newfoundland, Golden retriever, Labrador retriever, Dachshunds, Australian Shepherd, and more. So, I have had a lifetime of experience with a wide range of different animals of different sizes, temperaments, ages, and so on. This has not only fostered my love of animals, but my ability to care for a wide range of cat and dog breeds. If you utilize my services, I will treat your pet with love and respect like they’re my own!

I have a 2-year-old, 80 pound Golden Retriever, and I can say without a doubt that Buddy absolutely enjoys his walks with Alexis! Since he's a puppy, Buddy's walks definitely require a lot of patience and understanding, and I am very careful to find a dog-walker who I know can handle his energy and shenanigans. Alexis is the absolute best!
Alexis D. is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate people I know! She has loved animals for as long as I can remember! She has a connection to any animal she meets. I currently live with my beautiful English bulldog, Sophie, who sadly does not enjoy the company of other dogs as much as human - so I’m more than willing to dog sit/house sit at your residence!

I would love to know how your dog feels about other people (if they’re friendly or need a minute to warm up), if they tend to jump up when excited, how they feel about other animals, how they are on a leash, any limitations they may have, and anything else you may think is important to consider! :)
A typical day
I want both me and your dog to have a great time together! Depending on the abilities of your furry friend, I’d love to take them for local walks, take them to any nearby dog parks if they enjoy the company of other pets, or play with them in your yard or within the home depending on your pet’s energy and the weather! In addition, please tell me anything your dog particularly enjoys or dislikes so I can make sure to accommodate for this and ensure a positive experience! :)

I just moved to the area and am currently in search for a new job while nannying for a few hours a day around noon during the week, so I’m pretty flexible in the morning or afternoon!
