Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. Once I was old enough I started working at a dog daycare for two years. I cleaned up after 50+ dogs a day, fed them, and helped with boarding them. I have a golden retriever at home that I take very well care of and also give him at home baths. I recently adopted a cat with my boyfriend and give her medication that she needs daily and lots of love. Animals are my passion and I am here to help with anything!

When I hired Alexis I knew she was going to be a great care taker for our dog Leo. It is reassuring to know that she has experience with multiple breeds at a dog boarding facility. Her experience shows with her compassionate care and professionalism. Knowing Alexis is watching my dog while I’m at work is a relief to know he is in safe hands. Alexis has been watching Leo since my promotion 6 months ago and I can’t thank her enough for all her good care.
Alexis works so well with my dog fluffy! She’s my favorite sitter! Not only does she care for my dog but she walks her twice a day and gives her lots of cuddles. She is always so punctual, and well mannered. There is no one else I recommend more for pet care than her!

I have a very large yard that my golden retriever loves to hangout in. Although it is not fenced I keep long retractable leashes that I use for safety. My house is open for crates if needed. Dogs are allowed on couches with coverings I supply.

If they get along with other dogs, need medication, have special food, and are on a specific schedule. It’s also good to know if they can be off leash or not and if they are allergic to specific treats.
A typical day
I love to throw balls and toys in my large yard, as well as go to a fenced in park in north providence, RI. I bring my dog currently to CCRI through paths behind the school in the woods to burn off energy. On hot summer days if it is okay I also like to put the hose on for my dog to play with.
