Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Alexis. I am 23 and I have been working with dogs since I have been alive. I love furries! I grew up with 3 westies, and currently have a Brittany Spaniel and a cat that I have helped train. I am a graduate student at SDSU studying organic vegetable production so during the day I am in the fields, at night I am taking care of the pets. Besides pet sitting, I can always help with gardening questions(: let me know if you have any questions, I can’t wait to meet your furry friend!

Alexis did everything that we expected and my boys were in good spirits when we arrived back. She also left the house the way we had it when we left. We would use her again on our next trip.
I really liked having alexis for dog walks. I work nights and its horrible when it comes to taking care of a dog. She would take him out a couple times a day and feed him when I was gone. She also does tidy house cleaning if you need that as well. Would definitely recommend!

I currently live on a vegetable farm with fenced in areas so my dog can roam free as he pleases. My cat and dog get along very well and lounge throughout the day until I can check in on them.

Let me know about medications, any health complications such as seizures or breathing difficulty in advance. This will be helpful for me incase of emergency if something occurs during a visit.
A typical day
I love to go on walks in nature areas, around the neighborhood, or wherever the dog leads me. Dog parks are fun, playing with toys, sitting outside are a fee things I enjoy with dogs. I like nature and being outside and letting dogs be curious.

I am a project manager for my research, so I have the flexibility to leave and care for my pets in the morning, afternoon and evening. I make my animals a priority while still making sure my work gets done and I have a balanced lifestyle.
