Alexis never showed up, didn't answer my text messages or phone calls, so I was left struggling to find another sitter so that I could travel for a friend's wedding. Because of all this, I was late to the wedding. I would give 0 stars if I could. She still hasn't made any effort to contact me about why she missed the scheduled appointment. Absolutely terrible and complete lack of concern for others.

I have asked Alexis to watch my Jack Russell Scrappy for many years now when she comes home from school and she has always been so happy and friendly. She plays with him and feeds him. Often she has given him a bath after him getting dirty without having to be told and cleans up after. She is punctual and kind.
