She made a concerted effort to keep us updated on Eevee's well-being each day while we were away. These regular updates were incredibly reassuring and allowed us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Alexis's attention to detail and commitment to following our instructions were truly commendable. She took the time to understand Eevee's routines, dietary needs, and exercise requirements, ensuring that our pup felt comfortable and well-cared for in our absence. Alexis was awesome. I booked her to come watch my cats while I was out of town. Right before I left I had to take Smokey to the vet where they prescribed her a couple doses of medicine I thought I would have to cancel my trip but she was very accommodating and said she would be able to give her the medicine. She has great communication and will send you pictures for an update which I loved. I would book Alexis again in the future!
