Pet care experience
I’m an animal lover! My family had a fox terrier for 16 years. We now have a hound mix who’s 4 years old. I currently live at home in Golden Valley so I take care of our dog a lot, but my favorite thing to do with him (besides snuggling) is go on long walks around Theodore Wirth park! I’ve had plenty of experience with different kinds of dogs through babysitting for families that have dogs & dog sitting through Rover. I love ALL kinds of dogs! I also lived with a cat in college for a year so I have experience playing with and caring for cats :)

Alexia was great for us and our cats. She was very flexible in modifying the schedule as our plans changed during our trip, and our cats seem to have been taken care of quite well while we were out. We'd have zero hesitation to request her again the next time our pets need someone to watch over them.
Alexia was fantastic! My dog had a great time and got a ton of exercise and attention, and Alexia was great at communicating with me (and sending some awesome pics!).. I returned to a happy and tired pup. Will absolutely use Alexia again!
Patty had a great time with Alexia! Alexia was great about sending pictures and updates. She was easy to communicate with, and I’d have her watch Patty again.

A typical day
Snuggles in the morning, breakfast, some relaxing time & then go hang out outside in the sun or go for a walk, then maybe some playing or relaxing! & I always make sure to send pictures and videos throughout our days :)

I just graduated from the University of Minnesota & I’m not planning to get a full time job yet, so my schedule is very flexible! I have a lot of availability for dog walking and sitting! As for cat sitting, I am only available for drop in visits and house sitting as I have a dog & I’m not sure how he’d do with a cat.
