Pet care experience
I used to have two dogs when I was younger. I had them for about 8 years. I have also generally been around dogs most of my life. My cousins had 6 dogs at their house when I was little. My sisters both have dogs that I have had the pleasure of taking care of. I am waiting for when I am able to move into a home with a good yard to get my future pup!

Alexia is an excellent caregiver for animals. She has cared for my pets with love and attentiveness, and I know she would do the same for others' dogs. Alexia recently rescued a feral cat in her neighborhood and has gradually achieved domestication. She is responsible, active, and reliable, making her an ideal candidate for this role as a dog walker as well. She is currently an active volunteer at a horse ranch, demonstrating her commitment to animal welfare. As a former barista at Starbucks, Alexia has excellent customer service skills. Combined with her passion for animals, Alexia would be an asset to any animal care service.
Alexia is an athletic person that loves animals! She told me that her dad won't let her have dogs at the house so she uses dog walking as way to get her doggo fix as well as get in a good work out. She took great care of my two crazy, high energy pups (1 german shepherd and 1 half pit/half husky mix) on their walk and I plan to use her again!

I currently have a cat at my home whom I love to play with. I always talk to her throughout the day and make sure she always has dry food for grazing and that her water bowl is full because it can get hot here in California! I also make sure to brush her at least twice a week especially if she's been outside a lot. She gets wet food in the morning and at night and I make sure to not leave it out longer than 45 minutes so it doesnt go bad. This is even more important when it gets hot. This is similar to what I find important in taking care of a dog. Of course, dogs need lots of walks compared to cats as well as some energy releasing play time. I think its super important to acknowledge dogs when they bark because nothing feels worse than someone ignoring you. Thats also why I love talking to my cat especially when she meows a lot haha

A typical day
I love to play with dogs and their different toys so that they get both physical and mental stimulations. I also love gibing them pets and encouragement. There are a couple different parks and walking paths I enjoy. If your dog likes hikes, that is also something I love to do!

I have lots of extra time to help care for your pups! Im available on weekends mostly but also on some weekdays after 4pm. I can always find time to add some love to any animals life!
