Pet care experience
Grew up with dogs my entire life and was required to train and care for them. As an adult, I have trained multiple dogs to AKC standards - my own dogs as well as training for family and friends.

Have a decently large backyard, especially for the city. Fully fenced in so no one will be running away. When your pup is here, it will be treated like my own - no problem with them being on couches or beds. I have crates available if that is preferred.

Please let me know of any special needs or care that your animal may need. Do they need medications? Are they territorial around toys or food? Do they have destructive tendencies towards furniture or other household items? How do they get along with other dogs? Do they have leash aggression?
A typical day
I have an open door household - meaning that while I am working, the dogs have access to the backyard throughout the day as they see fit. Lots of playing and sunbathing happens around here. I am a big walk person as well. If your animal does well on the leash, they are welcome to join in on our walk. If they prefer to be on their own then we can set up solo walks as well.

Availability
Work full-time from home with flexible hours. This makes it easy for me to be available basically all day. Love taking my pups on walks throughout the day as well - your animal will be welcome on our outings together.
