Pet care experience
I have volunteered in animal shelters, fostered for shelters and organizations/rescues and have owned many animals in my life time. I currently have an American Eskimo min named Light and a tuxedo cat named Lulu. We try to get as much play time as possible and belly rubs are a must. We have a huge fenced in backyard with a spike in the ground and a lead for those who feel comfier with their dog completely unable to get loose. I never let a dog out of my sight. We have an abundance of toys. My dog sleeps on his bed at the foot of my bed but everyone is more than welcome to come up and snuggle. If you choose me, I promise you, your pet will be loved and cared for like you never left.

We have booked Alexi several times now for daily check-ins for our cat and she always does a wonderful job. She is very attentive and provides thorough updates and many pictures. Alexi was amazing with Tau! We loved the videos and pictures throughout the week. It was so good to know she was so well taken care of and we could tell how happy Tau was in the pictures. Alexi has been great, coming to meet Tau in advance, making sure she’d be comfortable with her and know her scent, plus it was great to show Alexi where we keep treats, food, etc. We will definitely be looking for Alexi the next time we’re out of town!
Alexi was awesome. She was available during a time where most are not. She is sweet and asked thoughtful questions during out meet/greet. She gave me confidence my gremlins will be well cared for. They definitely were. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I will give you a sheet to fill out, just going over your pets basic info, contact information and basic schedule information so I don’t bother you all the time to get more info on your vacation. I make sure to get any small things done you may need- get the mail, bring the trash cans down to the road for pickup, bring in your packages, scoop the litter, etc.- just let me know and I can help. I’m here to make your time away from home as relaxing and stress free as possible

What is their feeding schedule like? We feed our dogs once in the morning and once at night. Do they have any treats? Are they given at specific times like when tricks are done or going in a crate? Any medications? I can administer all types of medications. Are they okay with cats? We have 2 cats. Where do they sleep? Are they crated while you're outside of the house? What kind of toys do they like? Are they possessive or playful and sharing with their toys? Is there anything that triggers them: ex- on a walk they see a dog behind a fence, fluffy things, big puffy jackets, certain people...
A typical day
We can go to the parks around the capital district, stroll along the trials and walks around my neighborhood. I have a huge backyard for playing around. Play time is a must and belly rubs are always given and offered when wanted. In the summer, we have a kiddie pool with a sprinkler for pool time fun.

I have a very flexible schedule. I take my dog out at least every 2-3 hours, if not more often. I will build my schedule around your pet, not the other way around.
