Hi! Thanks for considering me for your pet sitting and dog walking needs. As an equestrian and dog owner, I am passionate about animals. I have been around dogs my entire life and I have plenty of experience as a veterinary assistant at small animal hospitals and equine veterinary practices, volunteering at rescues, and working with top-performing equine athletes. I have two dogs - Gunnar is my adorable 4 year old hound rescue and nine-month-old Gemma is our newest addition. She is a min pin mix (also a rescue). You can find us at the dog park, hiking, or on a long walk on any given day. We also love to play ball! I will take care of your best friend with the same love and attention that I give my own dogs. Alex is an animal lover and tremendous parent to both a horse and a puppy. I say parent because the term 'owner' doesn't accurately describe her level of dedication and emotional connection to her animals. She doesn't just make sure that her animals are safe, well fed, and comfortable, she also strives to make sure that they are genuinely happy. This level of care isn't exclusive to her own animals. Alex has worked in veterinarian hospitals and is always more than happy to help other horses at the barn, or play with other dogs at the dog park. Any animal owner who asks Alex to watch over his or her animal can rest assured knowning they are in fantastic and capable hands.
Alexandria is an amazingly loving and responsible dog caregiver. I have two Bouvier Des Flanders and they are quite a handful. Alexandria has cared for them since they were puppies. They absolutely adore her and look forward to her coming. It's always a treat. She takes them to the beach, to the dog park, and they know she genuinely loves them. They are so well behaved when she has been with them. They barely miss me when I'm gone and for that I am so very grateful! She is a natural and my boys know it.
