Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a cat mom of two and dog foster mom with the Anti-Cruelty Society, and an all around animal adorer. I’ve been dog-sitting and walking for 15+ years in Chicago, Columbus and New York. I’ve also been a Wag! walker for a year, and I love it! My care experience includes everything from puppies to senior dogs needing special attention, and all breeds of dogs weighing from 5 to 80+ pounds! I adopted my first cat four years ago in Brooklyn and recently adopted a new kitten from Anti Cruelty, who is now almost a year old (they grow up so fast!). I’m so excited to meet your pup or cat and give them all of the love and attention they deserve!

Alex was amazing!!!! Our dog is older and has anxiety issues, but he had a great time and was totally comfortable with Alex. We had a snafu with the end of the visit and she boiled chicken for him so he didn’t miss a meal (I didn’t pack extra food...total dog mom fail?)! I would definitely recommend her!
Our dog Bernie was in great hands with Alex! We loved the pictures she would send of Bernie on each walk, and we could tell that he was very happy! If you are in need of a sitter/walker I would highly recommend her!
Alex was amazing! When I overslept prior to my flight, Alex walked over to pick up Sammie, then when my flight was cancelled due to the Polar Vortex, she was able to keep Sam for another two nights with no issues. She sent lots of updates per my request and Sammie seemed very comfortable there. I would definitely use Alex again!
Alex was great with my two large dogs right from the start. She was very communicative and I knew my dogs were well taken care of by the amount of photos and videos she shared with me during my trip. Her presence and care made my dogs not stressed during my 8 day trip and she really made sure to pay attention to the details with my senior dog, such as any potential tummy issues he was dealing with likely due to missing me. I’d highly recommend Alex for any of your dog needs.
