Pet care experience
I have worked with pets in both personal and professional settings. I am a veterinary technician who has been working in a veterinary hospital for several years. I also have my own dog, an Australian Shepherd, and a cat!

I have enough animal experience to feel comfortable working with dogs/cats in many different environments. I crate my own dog in the home for his own safety, but am comfortable working with dogs in the home that need to be in certain areas, or that are allowed to free-roam. When taking dogs out of the home, I am very prepared in regards to ensuring their safety.

A typical day
I love to go for long walks and hikes with the dogs, and depending on the specific dog sometimes even take them running. I use a ton of puzzle toys that encourage them to work their brains as well.

Availability
I am currently employed on a 4 day work-week schedule, and have plenty of flexibility for daytime walks/drop-in visits as needed. I also am free most mornings and evenings.
