I found Alexandra to be a very responsible person who truly enjoys caring for animals. She is very caring and loves playing with your pet. She is prompt, flexible, friendly, has excellent communication and is overall a delight. I would highly recommend her for pet sitting.

If I could leave less that one star I would. I’ve used a Rover many times as both an owner and a sitter and can only talk highly of all previous experiences. I searched for a sitter in need of a last minute person to look after my dog for a week. I found Alexandra and our communications were good. When we dropped our dog off she seemed friendly and we had no concerns. The day I collected my dog, Alexandra messaged to let me know she had moved house the day after I dropped him off and he was now at a different location. She also explained that she had to go out so he was with someone else. She has since added to her bio that she lives with another Rover sitter. When we arrived our dog was outside without water. There was another dog ( which we didn’t no about) in a cage also without water. The house had all of its windows open and smelt of paint. My dog has a very dry nose, was shaking and covered in fleas. His bed was also wet. I would definitely not recommend Alexandra but there are some very good sitters that I’ve used in Coventry and surrounding areas. I hope this stops someone having the same experience as me!
