Pet care experience
Now accepting summer requests! For as long as I’ve been alive, I’ve had dogs and cats of all kinds around me. As I’ve grown up, I’ve been put in charge of my family’s pets on multiple occasions, even loving and caring for my own cat for the last seven years since she was two months old! Lately I’ve made quite a name for myself in pet care around the Cincinnati area, doing multiple petsitting/walking jobs during my 2023 summer break. I’m loved by all pets I take care of, and I love them! I take plenty of photos and send plenty of updates so fur-parents can have peace of mind while they’re away. Plus, I make sure your home is nice and tidy when you return! I would love to meet your babies and give them as much love as I’ve given my own pups and kitties. Please don’t hesitate to send a request!

Alex recently watched our dog and cat while we were out of town on vacation. I can’t say enough about Alex and the care she took of our animals and home. I never once had to worry my babies were being well taken care of. She provided multiple daily updates and photos and I got a bit jealous by how much my pets seemed to love her. My cat is normally a bit timid around strangers and he quickly warmed up to her. I would definitely recommend Alex for your future pet needs.
Alex is great! She sent us regular updates and pictures of our pets. She left the place spotless when she left and the pets were so happy with her. I would recommend Alex to anyone and would definitely be reaching out to her for future needs.
Alex is honestly so wonderful! She follows my dog’s routine and makes appropriate adjustments as needed. So grateful for how punctual and communicative she is. She’s also a GREAT photographer. I know my senior girl is having a great time whenever she’s with Alex!

My family rescues dogs of all kinds, so I have experience caring for elderly dogs and dogs with special needs (medicines, special food, etc). I can assure you that I will handle any special instructions/needs that are necessary! I have less experience caring for cats that have special needs, but I am always willing to learn and grow my experience with all kinds of pets.

Please let me know if there’s any special medications I need to know about. Also, if they have limited mobility or any places they might have pain or discomfort, make sure to tell me so I can take care to avoid any activities involving that. I want to make sure your buddy is the happiest they can be!!
A typical day
One thing that I KNOW is incredibly important to dogs is… sniffs! I will make sure your bestie gets all the new and old sniffs they could ever want, be it at the dog park, at home, or in the neighborhood. We’ll play a ton of games (I might even bring some toys from home!), and maybe a cuddle sesh or two if they’re okay with it!

Starting May 20th, 2024, I’ll be living in Athens full-time! I’m currently searching for a summer job, so until then, I’m free to care for your fur baby any day, any time!
